Back to school

We've been busy behind the scenes in the digital team this month, with some of us going back to school get some certificates.

We have already completed a couple of nice Umbraco sites, with Ben here in the team already a certified Umbraco developer. I took the plunge this week and joined him as the team's second certified developer. This course has given us much better insight not only in how to develop for this CMS more effectively, but also into where Umbraco itself is headed.

It seems to me that with a raft of great clients under its belt (Tesco, Wired UK, Speedo, Henri LLoyd to name a few) , and with the support of an active community, Umbraco is really growing in momentum now.

In addition, building on top of our already successful project management processes, we now have a dedicated project manager in the team, freshly trained in Prince2,  ready to suppport us on our larger projects.

Now why wasn't school this cool?
